About the Company:
Our client is a well-established, 30-year-old Managed Service Provider (MSP), Internet Service Provider (ISP), and Managed Print Provider, with headquarters in Essex and Hertfordshire. They are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to join their Print Division. As a dealer for Kyocera, Lexmark, Canon, Konica, and Riso, they serve both educational and commercial sectors, providing a high standard of service with ethical, transparent contracts.
The Role:
As a Business Development Manager, you will primarily focus on acquiring new clients for Managed Print Services (MPS) hardware and solutions. There will also be opportunities to generate additional income through cross-selling IT and Telecoms services. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing new business opportunities through canvassing, telesales, networking, and events.
- Managing client relationships and delivering professional quotes using the company s CRM system.
- Collaborating with the wider sales team and attending client meetings.
- Maintaining high service standards and upholding the company's ethical values.
Key Requirements:
- Proven track record in B2B sales and new business acquisition.
- Proficiency in using standard business development tools (telesales, CRM, networking).
- Experience in the MPS/Print industry is essential.
- Full, clean driving license and willingness to travel within London, Essex, and Hertfordshire.
- Must be 25 or older to meet insurance requirements for a company car, or alternatively, mileage allowance will be considered for the use of your own vehicle.
