To find out more about what this means for Fenton, have a look at our B Corp Promise. About the role and what you will be doing:Fenton is seeking a Sales and Ops Concierge to join our team. The Concierge team is at the heart of what we do at Fenton, is completely customer-centric and dedicated to providing the best-in-class service and experience to our customers. We help the customer every step of the journey, from the initial inbound, to the appointment, the delivery and the Aftercare service. No inquiry is too small, question too difficult or design too complicated for us to handle in a polite, professional and friendly manner. The successful individual will be focused in both sales and operations, and the role day to day will involve managing customer enquiries  pre, during and post sale, and supporting the operations team with dispatches, workshop runs and repair and stock organisation. The individual should be enthusiastic about providing the best in class customer service and about the product itself. This role will face new challenges on a weekly basis, and is a great opportunity to learn the inside of a retail business from the ground up as it touches different parts of the business. We value proactivity and bigger-picture thinking - no task is too small and the successful candidate will roll up their sleeves to prove their can-do attitude on a daily basis, contributing ideas and energy to the Fenton ‘shop floor’. Key responsibilities will include: Hosting in person and virtual client appointments.Helping manage the sales and fulfilment pipelines to contribute to the topline growth of the company.Responding to all customer inquiries with a Fenton style approach, using a mix of emails, phone calls, whatsapp, etc.Liaising with both the UK and India team to discuss gemstone sourcing options and customer preferences. Helping manage the post-purchase journey with the customer regarding our Aftercare policy, working closely with them to advise on how to best wear and protect their jewellery, and supporting our operations team with managing repairs with our UK workshop.Visiting our local workshops to manage the in and out flow of customer repairs.Supporting with customer dispatches, inventory management, Working to further the day-to-day and long term needs of the business. No project is too big or too small for you to handle, you are able to get your hands dirty and jump into execution.You will support customer operations as and when needed, including packing and fulfilling orders. What we’re looking for: 1-3 years of work experience in sales (jewellery experience desirable)An understanding of Fenton with a passion for what we stand for as a brand.Strong proficiency in written and spoken English.Ability to multitask effectively and remain calm under pressure.Comfortable with a digital first work culture and tools such as Facebook, Instagram, Whatsapp, Excel, Word and Powerpoint.The right attitude! You are eager to learn and grow, you want to develop your skills at Fenton and see it as an important stepping stone in your career.Enthusiasm. Everything can be learnt if you approach it in the right way. Working days: 5 days per week Monday - Sunday (rota based).
