Social Media Coordinator

Sphere Solutions are looking to recruit a social media Coordinator for a long-standing construction client, office based this is a great opportunity to show case your digital / media marketing experience and promote an outstanding organisation.
The role:
* Strategically plan media campaigns/posts to highlight the companies’ achievements
* Showcase on going projects / update through social media
* Promote and encourage the apprenticeship programme
* Recruitment campaigns, advertise all live vacancies
* Develop, maintain and update the website
* Create a regular digital newsletter
* Monitor competitor trends, innovate new mediate marketing campaigns
* Monitor post-performance and drive continual improvement
* Manage the Facebook, X, Instagram and Linked In accounts
What's required:
* Educated to degree level and/or demonstrable relevant experience within a digital marketing and social media related discipline.
* Project portfolio, highlighting previous campaigns and examples of work
* Creative flair and innovative approach to campaigns
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
