Private Client Partner/ Wills, Trusts & Probate Solicitor, £80,000- £110,000 DOE plus a comprehensive benefits package, KentJob reference: 215297130JOB TITLE: Private Client Partner/ Wills, Trusts & Probate SolicitorPQE: 10 years' + PQELOCATION: KentSALARY: £80,000- £110,000 DOEBENEFITS: 25 days holiday plus bank and statutory holidays, private healthcare, workplace pension, a discount on legal fees, “no sick days” and first aider bonuses, and childcare vouchers.THE ROLE:A busy, regional law firm is looking for a Wills, Trusts & Probate Solicitor to join the Private Client team at Partner level.The busy Private Client team undertakes a broad range of work, including estate planning, drafting wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, trust administration, probate, and inheritance tax planning, as well as providing guidance and support to a range of charities.CANDIDATE:The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 10 years' PQE, have experience in all areas of private client law, and be capable of supervising and training junior members of the team.
