Senior IT Business Systems Analyst

Business System Analyst Location: London, UK (with options for flexible, hybrid working) Our client, a leader in cutting-edge technology for health and safety, is actively seeking a Business System Analyst to drive forward the modernisation of their business applications. This pivotal role will interface between technology solutions and business needs. Drive the definition and development of digital solutions to meet the strategic needs of the business. Serve as the technical and functional expert, ensuring that solutions align effectively with business objectives and technology standards. Provide consultation to stakeholders on the adoption of new technologies and support the integration of these solutions across business processes. Participate in system and user acceptance testing, document business processes, and support change management and training initiatives. A minimum of 4 years’ experience in business analysis, specifically in ERP, and other business applications. Demonstrated expertise in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with a preference for candidates who have DevOps experience. Proven ability to communicate complex technical and business concepts to a variety of stakeholders.
