Mortgage Advisor - Weston-Super-Mare

Brook Street are working with a nationwide, highly reputable client, looking for Mortgage and Protection Advisors to join their ever growing teams.

To be considered for this role, you must have experience in this role in another company, as well as holding the CeMAP qualification.

This is an exciting opportunity with a generous remuneration and benefits package including a company car, uncapped commission and a supplementary monthly bonuses for the first 6 months whilst building your pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain client relationships, ensuring excellent customer service from start to finish.
• Follow up on provided leads and actively generate new leads and business opportunities.
• Collaborate with different business areas to streamline processes and ensure a seamless client experience.
• Take accountability for KPIs by proactively seeking new opportunities and maintaining existing relationships.
• Maintain regular contact with vendors, buyers, and developers to capitalise on opportunities.
• Provide expert advice on mortgages and protection products tailored to clients' needs.
• Deliver exceptional client care, going above and beyond to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
• Engage confidently with clients via phone, email, face-to-face, and social media platforms.
• Effectively multitask and manage various responsibilities and tasks within a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Must hold CeMAP qualification or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Mortgage and Protection Adviser.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with a wide variety of clients.
• Confidence in front of a camera, with the ability to engage and appeal to an audience through digital channels.
• Excellent multitasking and time management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with peers to generate referrals and opportunities.
• Full UK driving license (for company car or car allowance).

Working Hours:

Full-time, Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 18:00.
Saturdays: 09:00 - 17:00 (with a day off in lieu for Saturday work).
