Main Duties: * Resolving customer issues * Answering inquiries * Providing guidance on the company’s products and services * Conduct product testing Key Skills and Experience: * Previous experience within a Customer Support type role * Customer service experience * Experience/knowledge of technology or experience within a technical environment The salary for the position is £25-29k depending on experience.
