Property Valuer/Lister

Property Valuer/Lister required for our client located in the East Ham Area, a professionally recognised estate agency. The Property Valuer/Lister will assist the Branch Manager in the day to day running of the estate agency business, maximising income and profit from a range of products and services The Property Valuer/Lister will ideally have an ability to build great relationships, with an enviable record of turning valuations into listings Property Valuer/Lister Remuneration * Basic Salary: £23,000 (Additional guaranteed earnings first 4 months) * On Target Earnings: £40,000 * £2,500 Car Allowance or Company Car * 5 days per week including some Saturdays (2 on, 1 off) * Holiday Commission * 33 days paid Holiday + an extra day off for your birthday * Pension contribution * Life Insurance * Company Rewards and Incentives * Paid entry fees for charitable events * Financial sponsorship of EA Qualifications * Full package discussed at interview stage Property Valuer/Lister requirements • Previous experience in a real estate • Minimum of 6 Months prior valuations & listing experience in a similar role • A full driving license • Great customer service and leadership skills • Strong work ethic
