Available Roles: Nursery & KS1 Teaching Assistants Requirements: Must hold a Level 2 (or above) Early Years Qualification OR a Support in Teaching and Learning Qualification. Responsibilities: Support young learners in their early development, both academically and socially. Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities. Provide 1:1 or group support to ensure each child reaches their potential. Middle School Teaching Assistants Requirements: No formal qualifications required, but previous experience in a similar role is essential. Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 SEN support for children with ADHD, Autism, and other needs. Assist in a general classroom setting or within an SEN base, offering targeted intervention support for disruptive pupils.
