Interim International Tax Advisory Manager, FTSE100

FIXED TERM CONTRACT 15 MONTHS | STARTING OCTOBER 2024 This multinational FTSE100 giant holds a key position in several distinct industrial markets. With operations in every continent, it delivers branded products and high value commodities to multinational corporate customers all over the world. As part of a large Global Tax Team, you will enjoy a flexible working model and be able to work both from home and in the heart of London. This interim role focuses on the delivery of international tax advice to support transactions and new country entry across Africa and Europe. Reporting to the Regional Tax Director, and working closely with the Senior International Tax Manager, you will be responsible for: Providing support on tax advisory matters, as required, for various projects in the Region Assist with ad-hoc cross-border tax advisory projects, including group financing, M&A etc. Monitoring and review of Group CFCs Supporting analysis and technical input into the UK filings Supporting the interface with HMRC on agreeing balances, adjustments etc..
