Job Title: Sales Development RepresentativeLocation: GlasgowSalary: £25-30k basic salary (+ 10k OTE - this extra earning will be unlocked after your 3 month onboarding into the business) With locations spanning the UK, Ireland and the US, our client is a financial powerhouse, enabling thousands of customer interactions every single day with their unique and market leading platform. They're in an exciting growth phase that demands the addition of four Sales Development Representatives - with ambitious growth plans over the next 18 months, growth plans that you can be a part of! You'll be managing circa 50 customer relationships and growing the company's book of business, this is a fantastic entry level opportunity into the world of sales!Sales Development Representative Responsibilities:Obtain a thorough working knowledge of the industry, ICP and competitor landscapeAnalyse sales reports, identifying any prevalent trends within the competitor landscapeManage warm leads proactively, looking after customers who have bought previously to ensure the company remains front of mind and returns for more businessManage lead generation using a variety of channels, including broker websites, LinkedIn Support and benefit from the mentorship of Senior members of the team as you grow with the businessSales Development Representative Package: Competitive basic salary of £25-30kY1 OTE of up to £40kExcellent scope for progression and professional development- there will be opportunity to move into a more senior role as your knowledge of the company widensOn-going training and mentorship Team socials in a friendly, inclusive environment - you'll be joining with 3 other peers!Lucrative bonus and incentive schemesPension contributions Fun, modern offices Sales Development Representative Requirements: Ideally educated to degree level Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligenceProficiency in the Microsoft office suiteIdeally some customer service experienceOrganisation and time management skills Willingness to learn and develop new skillsSelf-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in your career Pareto is committed to promoting equality, diversity and inclusion.
