Olympia Events is undergoing a period of change. In 2017, the venue was bought by a consortium led by Yoo Capital and Deutsche Finance international. Work is currently underway to transform the wider estate into a cultural hub of which Olympia Events will be the central part. Once complete, the estate will include a new theatre, music venue, two hotels, over 30 eateries, world-class office space and over two acres of public realm. Job purpose:

You will actively develop the growth of profitable new conference and events, hospitality, and corporate business. You will develop and cultivate key relationships to achieve increased loyalty and revenue growth. You will drive the annual sales budget whilst ensuring that all business is delivered in a customer focused manner and exceeds expectations.


You will be a highly experienced, commercially aware senior leader with a strong track record in building creative sales strategies that are focused on customer satisfaction and revenue generation for the business. Working alongside the Sales team, you will be integral to maximising and cultivating a pipeline of opportunities that showcases the overall yield potential on all new business commercial opportunities. You will be working in an exciting business that is in transition and subsequently the ability to operate in an evolving, fast-paced, stakeholder-rich environment is essential.
