Manage team performance, coaching, and appraisals to foster development. Contribute to leadership initiatives and help shape the future of the business. We’re looking for someone with proven experience leading global social accounts, particularly in paid social. This role is perfect for a current Junior AD or Senior AM with a passion for digital and team leadership. Strong communication, presentation, and client management skills. A background in new business pitches and driving commercial success.
