Workshop Assistant

Role: Workshop Assistant Location: Irthlingborough, Northamptonshire, NN9 Hours of work: 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday (1 hour unpaid lunch) Basic Salary: £25,000 Additional benefits: 25 Days Holiday, Health Cash Plan, Employee Assistance Programme, Life Assurance and Company Sick Pay. As a Workshop Assistant, you'll be responsible for; Picking and packing items for delivery Updating and mantaining information on internal database Quality checking items that have been returned Ensuring warehouse and workshop areas are organised Providing workshop team with required tools and materials Assisting with stock takesTo be successful in this role, you will need: Previous experience within a workshop or stores environment To be mechanically minded to be able to support a team of workshop technicians Team player and able to work with all levels of business Good MS Office and IT skills Excellent people skills and customer focusedIf you have the relevant experience our client is looking for in this Workshop Assistant role, we would like to hear from you!
