Role Overview:As a Family law solicitor within this esteemed firm, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive legal advice and services to valued clients. Responsibilities:Manage a caseload of Family law matters, including divorce, financial settlements, child custody, and domestic abuse cases.Draft and review legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.Liaise effectively with clients, colleagues, and external parties to facilitate the smooth progress of cases.Stay updated on changes in legislation and legal developments affecting Family law, maintaining a high level of professional knowledge and expertise. Criteria:Newly Qualified or recently Solicitor, with a strong background in Family law.Demonstrated experience in handling a range of Family law mattersExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.Proactive and detail-oriented approach to work, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
