Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are currently looking for an experienced Senior QS to join one of our clients, a very well established main building contractor in Bristol, who are looking for someone to work as part of a team managing commercial projects in the Bristol and Bath areas predominantly. The role will involve having management responsibilities for a small team of more junior surveyors and report to the commercial director on all issues. You will also play a key role in the overall commercial delivery of the project which will likely be in the region of £15 - £20 million in value.
