Hybrid position, 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading business based in Uxbridge, working within a superb HR team (one of the best in town). Reporting into the HR Manager and supported by a HR Assistant you will be responsible for:
Pay and Benefits:
- Coordination of payroll, collation of information for the payroll/accounts providers
- Primary point of contact for employee salary and payroll queries
- Supporting with annual salary reviews
- Compensation and benefits support, providing advice for line managers and employees
- Supporting the Human Resource Manager with the benefits package, benefit trend analysis and shaping the rewards strategy
- Participating in the wellbeing committee and supporting wellbeing initiatives
Employee relations
- Advising team leaders on ER matters
- Assisting with the review of existing policies
- Managing the maternity process, flexible working initiatives
- Managing the absence management process
- Maintaining HR records
- Assisting the HR Manager with facilitating the annual performance appraisal process
- Assist with coaching team leaders with Human Resource practices
Learning and development
- Primary point of contact with apprenticeship providers and supporting existing apprentices
- Identify ways to utilize the Apprenticeship Levy
- Remain up to date with industry required training and qualifications
- Oversee the administration and budget for all learning and development activity
- Managing educational sponsorship requests
Recruitment
- Participate in recruitment campaigns
- Deputise for the Talent and Acquisitions Advisor
Person spec:
- CIPD qualified studying at level 5 or above
- Minimum of 3 years HR experience
- Proven experience within payroll, rewards, compensation and benefits.
