This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a strong background in IT security management to play a critical role in safeguarding the firm’s IT infrastructure and ensuring compliance with industry standards.Key Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and maintain the firm’s IT security strategy, policies, and procedures.Manage and monitor security systems to protect the firm’s data, network, and infrastructure.Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability testing to identify and mitigate risks.Lead incident response efforts, including investigation, remediation, and reporting.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure security awareness and compliance across all departments.Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and best practices, and make recommendations for improvements.Key Requirements:Proven experience in IT security management or a similar role.Strong understanding of security protocols, systems, and frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).Experience with security technologies such as firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and SIEM.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are desirable.What’s On Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package.Hybrid working arrangement, offering flexibility between office and remote work.A dynamic and supportive work environment with opportunities for professional development.
