Leading, full service creative agency based in Central London is looking for a Social Media Account Director to join the team. This person will be responsible for developing and delivering social media strategies, primarily for a famous automotive brand.

YOU WILL IDEALLY ALREADY HAVE EXPERIENCE IN THE AUTOMOTIVE SECTOR, OR AT LEAST THE DESIRE TO WORK ON AUTOMOTIVE BRANDS.

You will be a leader within the social team, and work closely with the wider agency departments, including the production, creative and strategy teams. You will ensure our content that resonates with the audience, and that creativity is world-class. This role may involve occasional travel, as part of the remit.

This agency is part of a wider network, but retain the spirit of an independent, a very people-first agency where your voice is heard, and your learning and development a priority. A very strong training offering also.

Your responsibilities will include:

Social Media Strategy:

Leading the planning and execution of campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook. Creating innovative content strategies for campaigns and events. Client Relationship Management:

Serve as the primary contact, maintaining strong, long-term client relationships. Project Management:

Coordinate with account, creative, and design teams to deliver targeted content. Oversee a team of social media managers, driving social-first ideas and managing creative briefs. Social Media Management:

Oversee daily operations of client social channels, managing content calendars, scheduling, and community engagement. Ensure campaigns meet objectives, budgets, and deadlines. Account Growth:

Present campaign proposals, performance reports, and strategic insights. Identify growth opportunities and contribute to new business pitches. Campaign Analysis:

Monitor and optimize campaign performance using in-house tools and native analytics platforms. Social Listening:

Use social listening tools to understand target audiences, trends, and industry insights. Conduct social media and influencer marketing audits. Paid Social:

Collaborate with the paid media team to amplify social campaigns. Influencer Marketing:

Develop and execute influencer strategies. Identify and negotiate with influencers, ensuring contracts and briefs are in place. Industry Best Practices:

Stay updated on trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to refine strategies.
