Berry Recruitment are looking for 7.5t Refuse Drivers to start ASAP for our client a local authority based at the Hedge End depot.
This is an ongoing role, working Monday to Friday 6am - 1.30pm and an hourly pay rate of 14.30 (overtime available sometimes).
You will need to be available to start ASAP and must have the correct driving licenses!
Main Duties:
- Driving the 7.5t vehicle around Eastleigh and surrounding areas with a team of refuse loaders
- Sometimes assisting with loading
- Collect household waste, recycling and special collections
- Customer facing so good customer service is needed
- Adhere to health and safety at all times
Previous experience of the waste industry and of waste collection is preferred but not essential as training will be given.
