SAP Plant Maintenance Consultant Inside IR35 6 months contract Must hold active SecurityClearancedue to time scale of the project Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP Plant Maintenance Consultant with a proven track record in delivering effective solutions within complex environments. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of business exposure to plant maintenance, with at least 4 years of S4 HANA experience and 15+ years in ECC. Key Responsibilities: - Manage plant maintenance processes and lead a team to deliver results. - Gather requirements and translate them into user stories. - Navigate challenging conversations and resolve issues effectively to meet business objectives. - Conduct daily morning stand-ups, ensuring the team is aligned with objectives and deliverables. - Drive results in non-linear, complex situations. Essential Experience & Skills: - 10+ years of experience in plant maintenance. - 4+ years of hands-on experience with S4 HANA Plant Maintenance. - 15+ years of experience with ECC Plant Maintenance. - Proven ability to manage teams and guide them towards achieving deliverables. - Experience in the chemical industry is essential. - Strong interpersonal skills for managing difficult conversations and moving projects forward.
