What you'll do Notting Hill Genesis, one of London's largest housing associations, are looking for a highly organised, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Repairs Operations Lead (Disrepair) to provide oversight and management of all aspects of disrepair projects. The role involves leading a team of property professionals to identify, assess and resolve disrepair issues. How you'll do it You will play a crucial role in identifying, assessing, and managing all aspects of disrepair issues within our portfolio. Your focus will be on leading a team of professionals to achieve high quality service delivery, optimising operational processes and driving customer satisfaction. You will work closely and collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders across NHG and externally to drive improvements and offer a first-class service to our customers. Essential Experience in managing a high-performing, team in the repairs/disrepair environment Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills Experience in contractor management Good understanding of the relevant legislation, statutory and regulatory requirements Desired Relevant building management qualification DEA/FRA assessor trained Recognised HND technical qualification eg. building surveying or member CIOB What's in it for you?
