Associate Director - Medical Writing - Value Communications / HEOR Publications

An exciting opening for a Senior/Principal level Medical Writer looking to take on more responsibility and develop leadership skills in a growing business. Role: -Leading the development of market access materials, including value communications, value story development, HTA, HEOR deliverables and strategic content plans, as well as a wealth of publication writing and manuscript work (full oversight of multiple projects, quality checking, guiding and being hands on as and when required) - Creating high-quality scientific content for a range of communications, according to scientific data & evidence and in line with project objectives - Adapting writing styles for different target audiences - Working closely with senior leadership, contributing to BD strategy, sales and line management of a talent group of writers Desired profile: - Life Sciences focused PhD/MSc and a passion for writing is essential! - You will be an experienced medical writer who has worked for medical communications/market access consulting firms for several years, ideally with some people management and business development experience - You will be an exceptional communicator, with a passion for transforming complex scientific information into clear, accurate & engaging content Attractive benefits package on offer, bonus, healthcare, enhanced annual leave and more!
