Job Requirements / Description
Hamilton Mayday are working within aviation, logistics and distribution and have an immediate role for Road & Sea Freight clerk
Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm
The role will involve start to finish with either an experienced Road & Sea Freight or Trainee Road & Sea freight clerk
Ensure accurate client and vendors billing.
Ensure delivery of freight and timely clearance when applicable.
Interact with customers for arrangements and updates
Negotiating with airlines
Negotiate and book cargo with shipping lines.
Complete customs clearances
Ensuring full compliance to any relevant regulations. Manage documentation flow.
This includes bills of lading, packing lists, commercial invoices and certificates of origin and licences.
