Now, they are ready to take the next big step—rolling out Salesforce globally across 26 countries. They need a highly skilled Program Manager to lead this ambitious initiative.Key Responsibilities:Global Salesforce Rollout: Lead the end-to-end global deployment of Salesforce, ensuring a seamless implementation across 26 countries.Vendor Management: Oversee and collaborate with third-party vendors to deliver a world-class Salesforce solution.Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact between business units, technical teams, and external partners, ensuring alignment and successful delivery.Project Delivery: Ensure the program is delivered on time, within scope, and budget, meeting the client’s strategic objectives.What We’re Looking For:Extensive experience managing large-scale Salesforce implementations, particularly in the financial services sector.Proven track record in global rollouts and multi-country deployments.Strong vendor management skills with the ability to drive results and maintain strong relationships.Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels.Availability to work 1 day per week in our London office.
