Quality Assurance FMCG Manufacturing Production Middleton
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance professional to join our client in the manufacturing industry. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring products meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Shift: 7am - 7pm (4on, 4off)
Pay: 12.82 per hour
Location: Middleton
Responsibilities:
- You will conduct inspections and develop quality control procedures to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Promotes best practices and continuous improvement to enhance our operational efficiency and product integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights and recommendations based on quality assessments.
- You will review documentation for accuracy, maintain quality records, conduct audits, and report any non-conformities.
- Analyse inspection data and produce detailed reports highlighting quality concerns and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with departments to ensure all employees understand and adhere to quality assurance procedures.
- Train and mentor staff on quality assurance practices and procedures to build awareness and compliance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in quality assurance within the manufacturing industry.
- Understanding of Weights and measures legislation and European Standards.
- Familiarity with quality management systems and ISO standards is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen ability to identify discrepancies and areas for improvement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various teams.
