My client are a dynamic challenger bank, and are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to join their expanding team. They have quickly made a big impact in the business banking market, and are now a major player in this space.

ESG is key in the banks agenda, and are committed to their transition to net zero emissions. They have recently hired a Director of Sustainability as this is a mission that is really important to them, so there are lots of projects around sustainability you can get involved with.
You will work closely with the Head of Marketing to develop and execute annual brand campaigns across all products, and optimise content across multiple channels. The Senior Marketing Manager will act as a brand guardian, ensuring all communications align with the brand identity and values.
The Senior Marketing Manager will:
- Create and refine content with the lead agency, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across both digital and traditional marketing channels.
- Collaborate with the Head of Marketing and lead agency to develop and implement annual brand campaigns for savings and lending, targeting both internal teams and external audiences, in line with the brand strategy.
- Manage PR efforts and events, partnering with the events lead to boost local and broker engagement and awareness.
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including aggregators, PPC, and SEO, in collaboration with the Digital Marketing Officer to ensure seamless execution.
- Serve as the brand guardian, maintaining a consistent brand identity, tone of voice, and visual presentation across all platforms.
Essential Skills:
- 5+ years of management experience in Financial Services.
- Experience working with agency.
- CIM qualification is desirable.
- Strong experience across content, digital, comms, and events.
- Able to build good relationships and engage with stakeholders.
