Job Description As the Senior Marketing Manager at UpViral, you will be the primary driver of our marketing strategy and roadmap, tasked with implementing effective plans to support our company’s growth. You’ll work closely with our team to enhance our customer acquisition efforts, improve retention, and elevate the UpViral brand globally. This remote role based within the European time zone offers you the opportunity to shape and execute impactful marketing initiatives while leading a team of talented marketing professionals. Key Responsibilities Develop and Own the Marketing Strategy : Create, execute, and refine a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our growth objectives. Drive Performance Marketing : Lead the strategy and execution of performance marketing campaigns and evergreen funnels, ensuring optimal ROI across all paid channels. Oversee and Enhance the Marketing Roadmap : Develop and maintain an actionable marketing roadmap to achieve ambitious growth targets. Accountability for Marketing and Business KPIs : Own key marketing and business KPIs, tracking performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and driving initiatives to exceed targets. Team Leadership : Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of talented marketing professionals, fostering an environment of creativity and collaboration. Brand Spokesperson : Represent UpViral in video content to promote our company and build brand trust. Innovate with New Marketing Ideas : Bring a visionary approach to marketing, constantly experimenting and pushing the boundaries to drive sustainable growth. Data-Driven Decision Making : Analyze campaign performance and market trends to inform data-driven decisions and optimize marketing initiatives. Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Work closely with other departments, aligning marketing efforts with the broader business objectives. Qualifications 5 years in Digital Marketing , with significant experience in SaaS and performance marketing. 3 years of leadership experience , managing and developing marketing teams, ideally within a fast-paced, remote setting. Native or Fluent English Speaker : Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken. Proven Track Record in Performance Marketing : Strong experience with paid advertising, email marketing, content marketing, SEO, social media marketing, and affiliate marketing. Experience with Video Content Production : Comfortable presenting on camera, with experience creating engaging video content for brand promotion. Visionary and Solution-Oriented : A forward-thinking marketer with the ability to solve complex challenges and bring fresh ideas to the table. Experience with Marketing Strategy and Roadmap Planning : Expertise in designing and executing high-level marketing strategies and roadmaps. Proficient in Marketing Tools : Hands-on experience with advanced marketing tech stacks, such as GA4, Business Manager, Tag Manager, Hyros, among others.
