To be successful in this role, you’ll have the ability to define and implement strategic direction for future quality engineering experiences and to provide expertise on testing tools.
Furthermore, you’ll have experience of using design methodology to execute strategic propositions and the ability to understand the strategic vision, with a focus on quality engineering outcomes. We’ll look to you to demonstrate innovative thinking through support and the delivery of customer outcomes.
You’ll also need:
Excellent knowledge of modern software testing methods
Excellent knowledge of modern software testing tools including Octane, Uipath, Browserstack, UFT and MF connect
The ability to quickly gain an understanding of the technical architecture and use in the future and the ability to communicate and engage with colleagues at all levels

Experience of adapting to quickly changing environments, sharing knowledge and coaching relevant teams
To be purpose-driven, and ready to drive positive change for the organisation while taking a holistic view of processes to improve and encourage others to do the same
Experience of building and maintaining a positive working relationship with stakeholders across multiple franchises and how to relate work to the strategic vision of the feature team
