Reporting into a fantastic R&D Manager, you’ll be given autonomy but also supported when you need it. You’ll be responsible for all your designs from beginning to end. NPD, CAD modelling, simulations, spec development, prototyping and establishing test requirements will all be part of your remit. As part of a close-knit team, your voice will very much be heard, and you’ll be able to influence the designs of the future.
