Interim Damp & Mould Surveyor - Surrey

One of our Public Sector clients based in Surrey is looking for a Damp and Mould Surveyor on an interim basis for 6 months initially.

Ideally you will:

• Be RICS or CIOB qualified (although not essential)
• Based Locally to Surrey(2-3 days in office, rest WFH but need site visits)
• Have 3+ years experience within a damp and mould, repairs or disrepair background and have worked ideally in a Local Authority or Housing Association setting previously.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparation and carry out diagnostic inspections, surveys & technical reports
• Carry out Damp and Mould Surveys
• Evaluate the extent of damage that has been caused due to Damp and Mould
• Instruct and manage the identified works within their financial sign-off, utilising both the internal repairs team and the necessary contractors
