Customer Service Team Manager We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Team Manager to join an expanding domestic energy company. You will lead a dedicated team, ensuring that they deliver exceptional customer service to over 300,000 customers across the UK. Key Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and develop your team to improve performance and achieve customer service excellence. Manage the call centre floor to ensure work is handled efficiently and in line with business targets. Serve as the first point of contact for team support, escalations, and problem-solving. Demonstrate strong leadership by driving the team towards achieving or exceeding KPIs and company targets. Skills and Experience: Minimum of 4 years management experience. Energy industry experience (advantage) Strong background in customer service. Flexible approach to working hours, tasks, and ad-hoc duties as needed.
