You will be focusing on Wills, probate, estate planning, trusts, and lasting powers of attorney. Play a pivotal role in providing expert legal advice and guidance to clients. Utilise the inhouse support of the Coveyancing Paralegals with your caseloads. Work towards growing your Private Client base within Probate. Required Skills & Experience: Track record of success within previous Fee Earner roles. Experience within Probate. Experienced running your own Private Client caseload. You will have excellent organisational skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise your work accordingly. Attention to detail and numeracy skills.
