Architectural Technician Job in Liphook, Hampshire Are you an experienced Architectural Technician looking to join a friendly, family-minded team? This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a specialist residential architectural practice with a strong reputation for delivering high-end projects and exceptional service. Established 10 years ago, this growing practice has built a loyal client base and a robust pipeline of work. With plans to expand their team over the next 12 months, they're looking for an Architectural Technician to join their close-knit team of three. You'll have the chance to work on a diverse range of residential projects, from bespoke one-off homes to small developments of up to 50 units. Role & Responsibilities -Prepare detailed construction and planning drawing package -Produce high-quality technical drawings using AutoCAD Collaborate with the technical team and work independently as needed. Required Skills & Experience Possessing a minimum of 2 years UK projects experience Experience in using AutoCAD is essential Project experience in the UK Residential sector is essential Due to the office location, you would require a driving licence Strong communication skills.What you get back £30,000 - £40,000 depending on experience Onsite parking flexible working hours round core hours of 10.00 am - 4.00pm.Apply If you meet the criteria above, send us your CV and portfolio.
