Roles & ResponsibilitiesThe main purpose of this role is to provide technical support and assistance to the Sales department and customers. Other aspects include preparation and filing of standard technical documents and CAD drawings; assisting in product testing programs; and assisting in continuous improvement of technical service and customer experience.
