Working closely with Director, the successful candidate will deliver outstanding results for clients, focusing on both commercial and high-value residential projects. You will have the opportunity to work predominantly in the high-end/super prime residential space, collaborating with high-net-worth individuals, funds, and investors, among others, to deliver exceptional outcomes. Key Requirements: MRICS Chartered BS Strong experience in building surveys, defect diagnosis, party wall matters, dilapidations, and design works Knowledge of luxury property and high-quality residential sector Excellent customer service skills and ability to manage contractors and consultants Familiarity with H&S legislation and ability to act as PD when needed Self-driven with a desire for career growth and networking opportunities In return, the company offers: In return the business will pay up to £65,000 for the right person, plus the following benefits.
