Position: Shift Technician (Electrical Bias) | Building Maintenance Location: Tower Hamlets, East London Salary: £48,800 Shift Pattern: Continental Shift (7AM - 7PM & 7PM -7AM ) Sector: Building Services & Maintenance About the Opportunity: Join a dedicated client-side team of engineers at a prestigious critical static site in East London! What We’re Looking For: Qualifications: Must be electrically qualified. Experience: Proven track record in building services and critical environments. Skills: Strong client-facing skills and a commitment to excellence. Package & Benefits: * Competitive basic salary of £48,800 * Performance-based bonus (10% = £4,800) on top of basic salary * Opportunities for overtime * Exceptional training and career progression * Parking onsite (non-congestion zone) * Private Medical & Dental Insurance * Comprehensive benefits package, including a strong pension scheme Key Responsibilities: * Conduct building maintenance, including PPMs * Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance * Oversee generators and plant rooms * Maintain AHUs and FCUs * HV & LV switching Qualifications & Experience: * Relevant City & Guilds Electrical Qualifications (17th Edition & Level 3 Electrical Installations required) * HVAP (Desired but not essential) * 3+ years of experience in Building Services and critical environments * Proven track record in data centres * Strong communication skills and client-facing experience * Expertise in Electrical, Fabric, Plumbing, HVAC, Maintenance, Engineering, and Mechanical Facilities How to Apply: If you’re ready to take the next step in your career, we want to hear from you!
