Need someone from 12-5pm, 2-3 days pw to do 2 school pickups & a naptime for 3 children ages 2,8&10

We need an experienced childminder/nanny to pick my 2yo son up from a nearby nursery at noon, bring him to our home, feed him lunch and then put him down for his nap. Later, collect my 10&8yo from school at 3:30 and then bring them home.
