About the Company:
We're recruiting on behalf of a top M&E Contractor known for their high-quality building services solutions. They're looking for an experienced temporary/contract Electrical Project Manager to join their team and help deliver outstanding projects across various sectors.
Role Overview:
As an Electrical Project Manager, you'll be the go-to person for managing electrical projects from start to finish. You'll work closely with clients, contractors, and your team to ensure everything runs smoothly, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage electrical building projects to meet all objectives.

Develop and keep track of project schedules, budgets, and resources.

Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

Visit sites regularly to check on progress and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

Prepare and present project updates and financial reports.

Identify and solve any project risks or issues quickly.

Ensure all work complies with relevant regulations and standards.

Promote a positive and collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager in building services.

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.

Excellent project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects.

Great communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
