Site Manager - Gym Fit Out - Clapham
Are you a site manager with experience of managing fast-track gym fit-outs?
We are recruiting for a freelance site manager to ovsersee the fit-out of a large new gym in Clapham, that is due to start on Monday 23rdSeptember, will last for 11 weeks and is valued at circa 1.2m.
Reporting to a visiting project manager , the site manager needs to be comfortable with dealing with all trades and must have a good understanding and knowledge of all aspects of a fit out. Attention to detail good organisation is a must on this job as the client will be regularly visiting site .
Site certficates required are SMSTS,CSCS and First Aid.
We can pay either CIS or Ltd.
