Do you have proven Bid experience? Our client is a very successful company based in Wokingham and they are looking for a Bid Lead to come and join their growing team. They are looking for an analytical individual who has a strong attention to detail who will be adept in managing multiple bids simultaneously and the ability to prioritise tasks. You will need a strategic mindset and the ability to analyse opportunities in the market and assess bid performance. The right candidate should also have a solid understanding of financial analysis and pricing strategies This role will report directly to the Partnership Manager and will be working closely with the Commercial Director and Manager. The salary for this role is up to £38,000 with a discretionary 12% bonus. Main responsibilities for the Bid Lead role: * Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as sales, operations and subject matter experts, to gather information and develop bid strategies. * Identify and evaluate new business opportunities through market research, competitor analysis and client needs assessment. * Lead and coordinate the entire bid management process, including reviewing bid invitations, conducting bid/no-bid analysis and establishing timelines. * Monitor and track bid performance metrics, analysing win/loss data to identify trends and areas for improvement. * Conduct post-bid analysis and debrief sessions to identify areas of improvement and implement lessons learned for future bids. Skills required for the BID Lead role: * Understanding pricing strategies and financial analysis in bid development. * Exceptional organisational and time management skills. * Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and manage multiple bids simultaneously. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
