We have an exciting opportunity to join a team of specialist team of staff supporting young people with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health issues.A Primary school are looking for someone to provide additional support for students with Social Emotional and Mental Health difficulties in years 5-11 is looking for candidates who are enthusiastic, resilient, highly motivated and are passionate about inclusive education.As a SEMH TA you will assist in the educational, personal and social development of designated students under the direction and guidance of relevant colleagues (e.g. the Principal, SENCo and class teachers.) Support students by adopting relevant strategies and techniques to enable them to access the curriculum, engage with their learning and achieve their full potential. Takes responsibility for implementing planned learning activities/ teaching programmes as agreed with the teacher, adjusting activities according to students' responses as appropriate. Deliver measurable impact on student attainment as well as social and emotional well-being. Works collaboratively with relevant colleagues to fulfil the requirements of the role. This role is offered on a full-time permanent basis to start in September.
