The Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for breakfast, morning coffee, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner as well as 24hour in-room dining. Leading a team across the Tap Room, Still Room, Drawing Room, events and private dining, you will be an experienced operator delivering first class service and leading others to do the same. You will be working closely with the Head Chef to ensure our guests are served menus that reflect the best of dining experiences and across a wide range of options. You will report into the Hotel General Manager and be part of the Leadership Team at the hotel. You will be responsible for the internal procurement and stock management of wines, beers and spirits with an excellent knowledge of all these, including cocktails from our impressive Copper House Bar and the Masterclasses that we offer guests. The successful candidate will be a passionate, inspiring and empathetic leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, assisting your team with their training and skills needs. Team rotas, costings, pricing, cellar management and stocktaking responsibilities are also included in this role. Ideally you will have similar experience and a WSET Level 3 qualification.
