Ensure that all client contracts management contact lists are followed up and relationships created for the development of future works
Ensure that you maintain and produce accurate quotations allowing the correct revenues to be generated for the business
To participate in brainstorming sessions – highlighting opportunities and risk
To promote positive communication and work collaboratively with other LES departments, the Business Services Team and other Mitsubishi Electric Business Units
Deliver or contribute to specific tasks assigned via the Service Management Team to support business growth and development
To assist (where required) the Service Management Team to identify areas where systems development work may be required and with any subsequent implementation
Share project information with other relevant departments to maximise opportunities
Comply with all Mitsubishi Electric policies & procedures
The Business Development Manager role requires strong construction industry experience and knowledge, along with a high degree of curiosity and organisational skill in managing day to day activity. Strong commercial experience and a proven industry track record with a strong desire to learn, achieve and excel. The role will require a self-motivated commercially minded industry professional whom, will work within a sustainability focused team driving change in the built environment through the decarbonisation of new build and retrofitted commercial buildings. Generous annual leave allowance - 25 days per year, plus bank holidays increasing by one day with each year of service until 27 days per year
