As the team expands, there is scope for career progression to help develop and grow with the Marketing team and specialise in areas you want to upskill into.About the role In this PPC-centric role as a Digital Marketing Executive, you’ll be a collaborative and eager marketeer, keen to showcase and develop your creative and analytics expertise. This role is ideal for anyone with good experience in paid marketing in an agency setting.You should be highly organised and self-driven, able to operate and consult across different mediums whilst managing a high number of growing accounts. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Developing client accounts and managing projects across paid marketing channels - including search ads, shopping ads and social media adsAnalysing data, hypothesising causes for shifts, and actioning optimisations in accordance with your best judgement and the clients’ goalsProducing comprehensive reports on performance and activities, and meeting with clients regularly to discuss strategy to grow their businessesCollaborating and operating closely with the rest of the team to identify opportunities for clients across our marketing services such as CRO, email marketing, organic social, affiliate, and SEOSkills & Experience Essential Good understanding of marketing and e-commerce agencies and their operations1-2 years' experience across Google platforms e.g. Ads, Merchant Center, Analytics, GTMStrong analytical skills and keen to explore ways of improving workflow with the use of AICreative mindset and ability to collaborate on tasks, communicating effectivelyWell-organised, proactive and adaptive to varying workload; demonstrating strong initiativeDesirable Basic knowledge and/or experience using website platforms such as BigCommerce or ShopifySome experience in other digital marketing avenues such as CRO, email marketing or SEODesign skills for making ad creative for paid platformsA higher education qualification in a relevant field such as marketing, business or computer sciences would be beneficialBenefitsCompetitive salaryHybrid working (2 days work from home after probationary period)25 days annual leave + Bank HolidaysGym Membership contribution schemeDiscounted drinks at the Weavers ArmsFree breakfast in the office on FridaysEarly finish every Friday at 3pmFantastic team incentives throughout the year (gift vouchers, meals out, group activities etc.)Free parking at our office
