I am working with a long standing client of ours to help them hire FOUR Engineering Managers to join the business.
With a firmly cemented place in the financial market, our client have gone from strength to strength over the past two decades and are showing NO signs of slowing down????
This is a business that really puts people at the heart of everything they do, so soft skills are just as (if not more) important as commercial background.
While this is
not a hands-on role , you will be managing either
JavaScript
or
JVM
teams, so previous experience in either of these ecosystems is advantageous.
So, if you: Have experience leading or managing teams Have a passion for people and personal development Come from a software engineering background Love working face to face with your colleagues in a collaborative environment Love working with great people Are based around Manchester
