Engineering Manager

Engineering Manager required to lead a maintenance team in a fast paced manufacturing environment for a growing business based in Dundee.

The Role:

• Provide engineering advice and coaching where necessary.
• Manage and optimise existing production machinery or facility availability and efficiency with the framework of a total predictive, preventative and curative maintenance programs
• Initiates, implements, documents and manages the site maintenance program based on best practices in the industry

• The candidate:
• Detailed engineering knowledge of all aspects of manufacturing equipment
• Recognised apprenticeship qualification/degree or equivalent in relevant engineering discipline
• Understanding of the contribution Engineering can make to the achievement of Manufacturing KPIs
• Leadership experience
• Manufacturing experience is essential for this role
