Litigation Consultant - Part Time

Opportunity for an experienced Commercial Litigator to support a busy litigation funder on a flexible, ongoing consultancy contract. Hours will vary depending week to week depending on workload. Outside IR35, fully remote. This role would best suit someone specifically looking for part time, adhoc work arrangements possibly to fit around other assignments as hours can not always be guaranteed. You will use your experience as a litigator in helping assess submissions to the funder for investment, reviewing cases and providing advice to the investment committee. To be considered you will have a background ideally in commercial litigation, professional negligence and/or insolvency having worked at a reputable firm up to Senior Associate - Partner level.
