Job Title: Document ControllerSalary Range: £28,550 – £35,000 pro rata (depending on qualifications and experience)Contract: 60 months, 22 hours per weekLocation: NorwichAbout the Role:Cooper Lomaz Recruitment is excited to be working on behalf of a leading organisation based in Norwich. We are seeking an experienced Document Controller to join a major infrastructure programme. In this role, you will ensure the efficient management and control of all project-related documentation, maintaining compliance with ISO 19650 standards and facilitating the smooth and accurate flow of information between project teams.Key Responsibilities:Manage and control documentation for a large-scale infrastructure programme, adhering to ISO 19650 standards.Oversee the uploading, management, and quality assurance of documents using the Asite document management portal.Produce monthly management reports to support programme delivery.Ensure the timely and accurate flow of information between project teams and external stakeholders.Provide ongoing document-related support to the Programme Office.Ideal Candidate:Education:A Levels or equivalent experience. Relevant experience in a similar role is essential over formal qualifications.Specialist Knowledge and Skills:Essential: Proven experience using Asite software.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.Familiarity with cloud-based document management systems such as 4-Projects, Aconex, etc.Knowledge of project document control procedures and standards, including ISO 19650.Relevant Experience:Proven experience in document control, ideally in construction or engineering projects.What’s in it for you:Competitive salary based on experience.A flexible part-time role (22 hours per week).Work on an exciting, long-term programme at a prestigious location in Norwich.Application Closing Date: 18 September 2024To apply or find out more, please contact the Cooper Lomaz recruitment team today!
