We are looking for a Site Manager with experience of working on social housing refurbishment projects to join the team and play their part in delivering multi-million pound refurbishment projects on time and on budget, with client satisfaction always at the forefront of mind. We need a proven leader capable of setting an example and guiding a team of people at site level, managing programmes and working closely with sub-contractors to achieve the overall goals of the project. Additionally, the Site Manager will need to be a sound communicator with the emotional intelligence required to liaise with residents and ensure they are looked after and kept informed about ongoing works at all times. Initially, the Site Manager will be based in Camden, working on a planned maintenance / refurbishment scheme covering externals and roofing packages on existing residential plots. Proven experience of delivery on social housing refurbishment projects * CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid and Asbestos Awareness qualifications (as a minimum) * Proven ability to work and thrive on large “lived in” residential refurbishment projects * Exceptional site management capabilities and health and safety compliance at all times * Clear communication skills and the ability to push projects forward while retaining quality.
